Well let's see. My name is Matt Ortiz and I am...hmm...over forty...and that's all you get! I'm a proud nurse of nearly twenty years and love my field but my midlife crisis hit me and I wondered if this is all I can be. So I took some chances. I started writing Gay Erotic Romance novel about a year ago and have had modest success. Enough so that I have a cover artist and now a full time editor. I truely love telling a tale of love, humor and crazy families. The blog idea came about due to people always asking Tim and I about design tips and recipes. So we decided to launch 'Two Queers and a Hammer'! It's our own take on living well on a budget....mostly. Other than that I am a well fed, shockingly happy individual who is blessed with a great partner, wonderful family and superior friends. I hope you enjoy our blog and look forward to your feedback. Now I must dash and plan my next candle light supper!
